Current Vacancies​

Photographer/ Videographer/ Graphic Designer

Responsibilities:​

  • Lead the photography, videography, video editing, and production before, during, and after the program.

  • Develop visual assets and design material, including videos, brochures, and branded content before, during, and after the program.

  • Time commitment: 12-20 hours per week + full-time on-site.

  • Duration: 6-12 month contract, renewable.

​

Who should apply?

  • Creative professionals with experience in graphic design, photography, and videography, particularly in an educational or nonprofit setting.

  • Skilled in video editing software and design tools, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects.

  • While remote work is possible, Bay Area locals or those near Stanford are preferred.

Program Officers

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute creatively to the program's success through:

    • Media, Design & Communications

    • Sales & Marketing

    • Project Management/ Administration

  • Drive sales and marketing efforts beforehand

  • Engage in logistical planning, schedule management, and on-site project management with the program coordinator. 

  • Time commitment: 12-20 hours per week + full-time on-site.

  • Duration: 6-12 month contract, renewable.

  • College students and young professionals seeking a rewarding summer work experience. 

  • Remote/ international candidates are eligible to apply.

Teaching Assistant: Entrepreneurship & Innovation

  • Support the program director in the preparation and delivery of innovation and entrepreneurship curriculum.

  • Assist/ facilitate practical workshops and guidance of business venture development by participants.

  • Time commitment: Flexible 6-12 hours per week + full-time on-site.

  • Duration: 6-12 month contract, renewable.

Who Should Apply:

  • Candidates with/ pursuing an MBA, experience teaching and learning design thinking, innovation, and entrepreneurship.

  • Bay Area locals preferred.

Project Consultants

Responsibilities:

  • Guide and mentor project groups, sharing expertise in AI, ML, entrepreneurship, or specific sectors.

  • Facilitate discussions, provide feedback, and inspire innovative thinking.

  • Time commitment: 2-6 hours per week, 8-20 hours on-site.

 

Who Should Apply:

  • PhD students, postdocs, and professionals with a deep understanding of innovation/ entrepreneurship, the tech space, the social good space, and AI and ML.

  • Individuals looking to contribute to a cause, with a keen interest in education and mentorship.

  • International candidates are eligible to apply. Bay Area locals preferred.
