Nabila is the Founder & CEO of Impact Genius and the Academic Director of our AI for Good Institute at Stanford.

An ex-Microsoft global education strategy professional and Stanford alum with extensive experience in education, technology, business, and global affairs with over 12+ years of curriculum development and instructional leadership.

 

Nabila's professional career includes experience in corporate, tech, entrepreneurship, education, nonprofit, and international organizations. As a tech professional, she worked at Microsoft U.S. and Microsoft HQ for almost 4 years within education technology & corporate strategy roles. In her first role, she led a technical cross-functional V-team to empower strategic clients and partners to leverage the full Microsoft technology suite to accelerate digital transformation in the COVID era, generating $100M+ in revenue for the business. In her second role, she worked within the global education corp. HQ team on business strategy, collaborating with the Microsoft HQ education engineering (product), finance (business planning), and marketing (PMM) teams.  As the founder and academic director of United Ambassadors, she led the academic research, curriculum design and delivery, and strategic partnerships of world-renowned UN education programs held at the United Nations, including joint UN workshops and conferences widely attended by 10,000+ students in 12 countries worldwide. These programs engaged youth with the UN SDGs, and prepared them for careers in impact, public leadership, and or diplomacy,

Nabila holds an MA in Education, Policy, and Leadership Studies from Stanford University. During her Graduate studies, she attended programs at the Stanford Graduate School of Education, the Graduate School of Business, the Stanford School of Engineering, and the Stanford D.School (Design School). She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the German University in Cairo, where she graduated with high honors. Her Professional Education journey includes a series of programs that span the fields of data science, artificial intelligence, machine learning, product management, entrepreneurship and innovation, and nonprofit/ public leadership at Harvard, Stanford, MIT, and others.  At MIT, she is completing a Data Science, AI, and Machine Learning Professional Program. At Stanford, she completed Ignite, an Entrepreneurship Bootcamp at the Stanford Graduate School of Business, an Advanced Project Management Executive Education program at SCPD, and a Tech Ethics and Policy for Practitioners program with the School of Engineering and SCPD. At Harvard, she completed a number of courses as part of an Executive Certificate Program in Nonprofit and Public Leadership. She obtained Product Management Certifications from the Pragmatic Institute and is completing an AI Scientist Certification program at the U.S. Artificial Intelligence Institute. Additionally, she is a Certified Professional Coach and incorporates coaching principles in her teaching and teamwork.

Nabila designed the AI for Good Institute with a deep belief in the value of professional education in the technology space that is comprehensive, immersive, and directly applicable to practical careers. Our mission is to equip the next generation of technology professionals with the skills and tools to drive AI innovation and AI for Good advocacy as entrepreneurs and corporate innovators.
